Spear Parts of Die Casting Machine
Die-casting machine spear parts play their respective roles in the die casting process, such as nozzles responsible for the injection of molten metal, material pots and melting furnaces responsible for the storage and heating of molten metal, punch heads and hammer heads responsible for the impact molding of molten metal, steel rings and steel rings used for fixing and guiding, heating sleeves and heating cakes used for insulation and heating, pressurization parts used to increase pressure, connecting heads and rods used to connect different components, material cups and soup spoons used for storing and transporting molten metal, ceramic accessories used to improve casting quality, etc

Nozzles: used in hot chamber die-casting machines to come into contact with molds, and metal solutions are injected into the molds through them;
The nozzle pipe (nozzle tube): is also used in hot chamber die-casting machines, in contact with the material pot and nozzle.
Crucible: used to store and preheat molten metal, while melting furnace is used to heat molten metal, such as zinc, aluminum, and magnesium alloy melting furnaces.
Punch and Piston Head: used to inject melt alloy into the mold cavity.
Piston rings: used to seal the space between the chamber and the piston.
Heating bush and heating board: used for insulation and heating of molten metal. Just used on the hot chamber die-casting machine.
Boosting part: including boosting handwheel, boosting handwheel gauge, boosting cover plate, boosting handwheel top rod, boosting handwheel screw rod, boosting plug, boosting valve plate, boosting energy storage device, pressure reducing valve, boosting cylinder liner, boosting guide sleeve, boosting piston, etc.
Connectors and connecting rods: used to connect different components, ensuring the stability and reliability of the system.
Chamber: used for storing and compressing molten metal for injection into molds during the die-casting process.
Gooseneck: used in hot chamber die-casting machines for storing and transporting molten metal. It is connected to the sprue of the die-casting mold through a goose neck channel, ensuring that the molten metal can be smoothly injected into the mold
Ladler spoon: The feeding cup is used to store liquid metal, while the ladler spoon is used to feed liquid metal into the feeding cup.
Other accessories: such as spray guns, thermocouples, ceramic fibers, etc.
